Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping options and exact rates are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is available, and expedited shipping may be offered on eligible orders.

All orders include tracking, and all packages are insured in transit.

A signature is required for orders over 500 dollars.

Processing Times

Most Amorai pieces are made to order.

Most orders are completed within 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. More complex designs or custom pieces may take longer.

If you are ordering for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what is possible.

Tracking, Insurance, and Delivery

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

All packages are insured in transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but there is a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help with the next steps.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

In many cases, shipping addresses can be updated any time before the order has shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once shipment preparation has begun.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund before production begins.

After that 24 hour window, changes may be limited. Once production begins, made to order, custom, engraved, and personalized pieces are final sale.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible non custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return and exchange requests are reviewed before instructions are issued. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

If you are unsure whether a piece is eligible for return or exchange, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

Non Returnable Items

• Engraved or personalized items

• Gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
