Most Amorai pieces are made to order. After your order is placed, we hold a 24 hour window before production begins in case you need to cancel or request changes. After that window, production begins based on the options selected for your piece.

Most pieces are completed in 2 to 4 weeks. More complex designs may take longer. Once shipped, delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days.

Yes. Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund before production begins. After that 24 hour window, changes may be limited and made to order, custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale once production begins.

Eligible non custom items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if they are unworn and in the same condition as received. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Yes. You can request a custom design or modifications to an existing style through our Custom Ring Inquiry page. We begin with a quote. If you decide to move forward, we will send an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, there is a 24 hour window for changes before we move into design and production.

For custom work, we start with your design ideas, reference photos, budget, and timeline. After reviewing your request, we provide a quote. If approved and paid, we hold a 24 hour change window, then create the CAD, move into production, complete the piece, and ship it once finished.

Metal availability depends on the design. We offer gold, sterling silver, and platinum on select pieces. If you want a metal option you do not see listed, contact us and we will let you know what is available for that style.

We offer moissanite and lab grown diamonds depending on the product. Each product page lists the stone type and key specs. If you want a different cut, size, or color than what is shown, contact us and we will gladly check options for you.

Some rings can be resized depending on the design and setting style. Solitaires are generally more resize friendly, while eternity bands, certain pavé styles, and heavily custom designs may be limited. Engraving is available on select pieces depending on the design and the space available. Engraved items are considered custom and are final sale once production begins. If you want engraving, contact us with the product link and what you would like engraved and we will confirm what is possible.

Yes. Shipments are insured. Orders over 500 dollars require a signature at delivery for added security. If you have delivery preferences, contact us right after ordering and we will do our best to help.
