Most Amorai pieces are made to order. Most orders are completed within 2 to 4 weeks before shipment. More complex designs may take longer.
Shipping options and exact rates are shown at checkout. Every order includes tracking, and all packages are insured in transit. Orders over $500 require a signature at delivery.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In many cases, shipping addresses can be updated any time before your order has shipped, though we cannot guarantee changes once shipment preparation has begun.
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund before production begins. After that 24 hour window, changes may be limited.
If your package is lost, damaged, or marked delivered but there is a delivery issue, please contact
